Missed Appointment

Our goal is to provide quality individualized customer service in a timely manner. No-shows and cancellations inconvenience those individuals who desire access to our services. We would like to remind you of our policy regarding canceling and missed appointments.

Cancellation of an Appointment

In order to be respectful of the needs of our clients, please be courteous and call our office promptly if you are unable to hold an appointment. It is our goal to have enough notice to be able to reallocate to someone else in need of service.   If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 72 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will hopefully allow another client to schedule service.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel your appointment, please call 651-210-8368 or email info@sunsqueegee.com.  If you do not reach a member of our team or if it is after hours, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail. When sending an email or leaving a voicemail, please be sure to leave your name, number to reach you back at and appointment time. We will return your call promptly.

Late Cancellations

A cancellation is considered to be late when the appointment is cancelled without a 72 hour advance notice and a late cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed.

No Show

A “no-show”, is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment, or failure to make prior arrangements to have cleaning conducted when you aren’t home.  This will be recorded in your customer account as a “no-show”.

The first time there is a “no-show” , a late cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed.  A 2nd occurrence will result in a fee in the amount of the work order scheduled.  The 3rd occurrence will be the fee in the amount of the work order scheduled and you may be ineligible for future service appointments.
